        Recommendations & references: If you are looking forward to joining a multinational brand, you must have a strong recommendation from an industry professional or a reputed placement consultation agency. If you go directly to that big company hoping to get it, you hear nothing but “No” from the employers because the recommendation save them time of evaluating a candidate.
